Venom Marvel Rivals

This Marvel Rivals-inspired character was created as my second-year final project at the College of the North Atlantic. The goal of this project was to create a game-ready character while exploring the full 3D character pipeline, from sculpting and modeling to texturing and presentation.

The character was sculpted in ZBrush, retopologized and prepared for production, with textures created using Substance 3D Painter and 3DCoat Textura. The project allowed me to further develop my skills in character creation, hand-painted texturing, and creating detailed assets suitable for games.

It’s amazing to see how the model evolved from simple blockouts into a detailed sculpt. Looking back at the early stages and comparing them to the final result really shows the progress and the amount of refinement that went into the character.
